Base Invader!
You are playing the role of a base invader, sneaking into Area 51 because you are convinced there is alien technology to be found and collected. Watch out for the security patrols!
Collect 7 alien artifacts to complete the game!
v1.0.1: added support for XBox controller, added security jeeps to harass you.

v1.0.5: fix menu navigation with controller

v1.0.7: improved controller support including controller config screen
v1.0.8: enabled leader board on web version. Anti-aliasing on web version.
For best enjoyment download the JAR file. The web version does not support controllers and has no on-line high scores . In case of performance issues, disable "more scenery", "particle effects" in the options menu.
Default Controller layout:
- right trigger: accelerate
- left trigger: brake
- right stick left/right: steering
- left stick down: reverse
- X: menu
- Y: restart

Install instructions
requires Java runtime environment version 11 or higher.
If double clicking doesnt work use ‘java -jar BaseInvaders-1.0.8.jar’ from the command line.

Nice! The drifting is actually fun, reminds me the drift race from nfs. Nice one!
Very nice! This was a pretty cool driving game
Adding gears and not just "hold W to move forward at linear speed" adds extra realism in my opinion, that's nice.
